Are X'IVORA perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every X'IVORA fragrance is composed, filled and packed in India at a facility certified for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015. Each product is issued a Certificate of Conformity to IFRA (International Fragrance Association) Standards before it reaches you. Every carton lists the manufacturing facility's address, batch number, and manufacturing date openly.
What is the X'IVORA Discovery Set?
The Discovery Set is a curated introduction to X'IVORA — five 8ml sprays, one of each of our signature Eau de Parfums, at ₹699. It's designed for people who want to try all our scents on their own skin before committing to a full-size bottle.
Are X'IVORA perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes. Every X'IVORA fragrance is formulated as Eau de Parfum, with 15–20% fragrance concentration. This gives EDP its richer scent profile and longer-lasting performance compared to Eau de Toilette (EDT), which typically has 5–10% concentration.
How long do X'IVORA perfumes last?
Up to 8 hours on skin, depending on your skin type, application area, and the day's temperature. Because X'IVORA is a true Eau de Parfum, longevity is built into the composition — not something you have to reapply through the day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹899. Any minimum order value or promotional conditions will always be displayed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Can I return my perfume?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
